About InkFlow

InkFlow is a project me and my friend developed during nights&weekends at buildspace. We began the deverlopment and crated a mvp in a day in saturday hacknight conducted by TinkerHub, where we became one of the best products developed. Originally named as Windows gpt, we renamed it into inkflow to better suite the product as well as to bring support to mac and linux(in progress). This project got us about 2000+ interactions in twitter and a bunch of interested users.

InkFlow is an innovative writing tool that combines the power of AI technology with your writing environment. It aims to streamline the writing process by providing instant assistance and eliminating the need for cumbersome searches. With InkFlow, writers can enjoy a more seamless and productive writing experience.

I was the sole designer in the project. I was a co-developer as well.

Identifying the Problem Statement

The genesis of InkFlow stems from a fundamental problem faced by writers worldwide: the inefficiency of conventional writing tools in facilitating seamless access to information and support. Through meticulous exploration, we identified key pain points:

  1. Workflow Disruption: Constantly toggling between writing tools and search engines disrupts workflow and hampers productivity.
  2. Instant Support: The absence of instant assistance impedes progress and undermines writers' confidence.
  3. Resource Accessibility: Difficulty in accessing relevant resources stifles creativity and compromises writing quality.

Problems identified & potential solutions
